Grab your blue and white — the C-Hawks are diving into a new season! California Lutheran Academy is proud to host our annual Dive Into the Season Varsity Volleyball Tournament this Saturday, August 29, right here in our home gymnasium. This year’s tournament brings together eight varsity teams from across the region for a full day of competitive, spirited volleyball.

Tournament Format

The day kicks off with pool play, giving every team multiple matches before the field narrows to bracket play. Our C-Hawks are scheduled for three matches during pool play, with match times set tentatively as follows: 8:30 AM, 11:15 AM, and 1:05 PM.

Following pool play, the top teams will advance to single-elimination bracket play, with the tournament running through the afternoon to crown a champion. Times are tentative and may shift slightly based on pool play results — check in at the gym for the most current schedule.

Eight Teams, One Gym, All-Day Energy

With eight varsity programs competing throughout the day, the CLA gymnasium will be packed with action from the first serve to the final point. It’s the perfect opportunity to see our Lady C-Hawks compete against a wide range of opponents, support fellow families, and soak in the energy of a true tournament atmosphere.
